TAKE A PEEK INSIDE
Take a quick look inside the class and see how we’ll go from your very first simple repeat to three finished floral patterns in Procreate.
We’ll start with an easy stamp-based pattern, build your skills with a second method, and finish by creating a fuller floral pattern using my favorite way to make patterns in Procreate.
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
This class is designed to make pattern design feel simple and doable. You’ll learn the basics as you create, so you don’t need to master Procreate before you begin.
✔ Understand how repeating patterns and pattern tiles work
✔ Create seamless full-drop repeats in Procreate
✔ Learn three different pattern-making methods
✔ Work with stamps, brushes, layers, selections and the Transform tool
✔ Recolor and test your finished patterns
✔ Export your finished pattern tiles
THE CLASS PROJECTS
We’ll start super simple and gradually build your skills with each pattern.
Start with one simple flower stamp and learn the basic idea behind a seamless repeat by moving motifs across the edges of your canvas.
Create a small floral motif with the included stamps, then learn another way to turn your design into a seamless repeating pattern.
Draw simple flowers and leaves and use my favorite pattern-making method to create a fuller repeat. Prefer not to draw? You can use the included stamps instead.
YOUR CREATIVE JOURNEY
There’s no need to learn everything at once. We’ll build your skills naturally as we move through the class.
Get familiar with Procreate and understand how repeating patterns, motifs and pattern tiles work.
Start with a simple flower stamp and make your very first seamless pattern.
Learn two more pattern-making methods while creating more developed floral designs.
Recolor your designs, test the repeats and export your finished pattern tiles.

I’ve included a small set of Procreate resources so you can focus on learning and creating instead of worrying about what brushes or colors to use.
